In 1983 Carl began working at Roussos Restaurant as a bus boy. He
showed a keen interest in the kitchen operations and worked hard
to learn from Mr. George Roussos and others. Today he is kitchen
manager.
Carl enjoys stepping out from the kitchen to interact with the customers
in the dining room. He also welcomes guests to tour the Roussos kitchen
and see how things work behind the scenes. “Guests are always
welcome in the kitchen and I’m proud to show it off,” he
said.
Carl’s life away from the busy restaurant is filled with wife
Brenda, three children, coaching youth athletics and watching sporting
events.
