Born in Italy and raised in France with Greek grandparents, Emanuel
brings his own international flair to the Roussos kitchen. He was
hired
as a
chef
in August of
1999 and spent the next year and a half training under Mr. George
Roussos in the family processes in the kitchen.
Emanuel takes great pride in the creativity of food service. He
has enjoyed putting together new menu items for the new Roussos location.
According to Emanuel, “Caterings really give me the opportunity
to express my creativity in new ways.”
His outside interests include fitness and music; he plays the guitar
and was once a member of a band.
