When Mary Myers joined the Roussos Restaurant team on August 4,
1974, Richard Nixon was in the White House. He left four days later:
Mary is still going strong.
Often referred to as the “Red-Headed Roussos,” Mary
juggles a lot in her role as manager. As she put it, “There
is never a dull moment at the restaurant. Something is always going
on whether with a customer or employee.”
Mary’s home life is almost as non-stop. She spends her time
away from work with her husband Gil, children Theresa and Chuck and
grandchildren Gavin and Sydney. Whenever time allows, Mary enjoys
working in her yard.
