Dear Mary:
I spoke with you
on Tuesday May 9th, and I made a reservation for my parents
to come in to Roussos for Mother’s Day/my
Dad’s birthday. My parents came in on Sunday, May 14th,
and had a wonderful time. I just wanted to thank you and
your staff for the excellent service and great food that
they thoroughly enjoyed. My parents said that the place was
packed and you managed to make a personal appearance to them
at their table letting them know you would take care of anything
they needed. Also, there were balloons, cake and singing.
I really appreciate the personal service and extra effort
to making their day really special. Thank you, everything
was perfect!
Kind regards,
Sharon Stolfa |

People are quick to complain
when something goes wrong during a dining experience, but
I wanted to thank you guys for the level of service we always
get at your restaurant. The food is wonderful, of course,
but
you treat us like you know us every time we come in. I know
its a family-owned restaurant, but I actually feel like part
of the family when we eat there.
Plus, my 5 year old gets excited whenever we head across
the bay from Mobile because he knows we are going to "the
place where I make my own ice cream".
We have never had anything but impeccable service, and Mrs.
Rousso and Georgia make us feel at home from the minute
we walk in. That sort of feeling is really hard to come
by these
days, and that is one of the reasons we love it so much
at Rousso's.
Our home is less than 2 miles from Wintzell's,
but we will always drive the extra miles for your smiling
faces and your
wonderful food.
Thanks again,
Tommy and Amy Patterson

Dear Georgia, “What wonderful service
we received Friday when our bus arrived for lunch at Roussos!!
I already knew that the food would be excellent but I couldn’t
see how we could get 46 people in and out in one hour’s
time but your efficient staff did just that! Please convey
my thanks to everyone involved. You certainly made my job a
lot easier and I’m very appreciative of that.” |
